We have been hard at work adding modern technology and programs to the credit union and we are excited to announce that construction of our new, state-of-the-art Touchton branch is almost complete.
The new Touchton branch, which is located in the same building as the current branch but on the other side of the ground floor (with a new address of 9700 Touchton Rd, Suite 104), gives you enhanced options for your banking needs.
This includes three in-person teller lines, two Live Teller Machines (LTMs), a coin exchange machine (free for members), safe deposit boxes, access to our Financial Service Representatives, and access to our Financial Planning Consultant.
For those concerned about contact and social distancing, know that our drive-thru lanes are to remain where they are, but will have a different look and be upgraded with Live Teller Machines. For your safety, some lanes will still be under construction as we finalize our new look. An additional LTM will be installed in the future.
You can now schedule an appointment to meet with a financial services representative or loan officer (our branch lobbies are accessible only by appointment for the time being).
As we move our operations into on our new facility, we will be moving our current Touchton branch on the weekend of May 30th. During this transition, there will be no interruptions to service.
