An update on our COVID-19 action plan from CEO, David Marovich

Family Matters: An Update on Our Coronavirus Action Plan

Dear valued members,

I like to believe that 121 Financial is more than just a credit union. We consider our members to be family and like all of you, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak with great concern for our families and our community.

We are taking the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our local health officials to develop an action plan and address the virus situation as it unfolds.

Extra Cleaning and Safety Measures

We want you to feel safe when visiting a 121 Financial branch. To help protect our members and our staff, we have:

  • Increased the frequency and thoroughness of our cleaning at all of our branch locations.
  • Provided additional education to our staff about preventing the spread of disease.
  • Temporarily suspended in-person business meetings and select community events until further notice.

Accessing Your Accounts

If you can't or don't want to visit us in person you can access your accounts, get help, and apply for products and services anytime via online banking and the 121 Financial mobile app. You can download it in the App Store and Google Play.

You can also use our drive-thru teller, ATM and Live Teller Machine services at all branches, except our Beach location, during normal business hours.

We Are Here for You

If the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida community faces an economic disruption from the Coronavirus outbreak, know that we’ll be there for you. 121 Financial is already exploring other ways to assist all our members, including our business members, in weathering this storm. We will announce those programs in the future as the needs arise.

In the event of any changes in service, we will keep you posted via 121fcu.org and our Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as send further email updates.

As always, if you have questions you can call us at 904-723-6300 or email us at ask121@121fcu.org.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We are grateful for your membership and for everything you do to make this community and family so wonderful.

Stay safe.
